Al Jiron Jr


Was raised right here in Green Mountain. Even though he grew up here, he did not hear the Gospel and surrender to Christ until the age of 23. It was while serving in the United States Navy that his life was transformed by God's Sovereign Grace. Pastor Al received his theological training at Grand Canyon University,  Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Andersonville Theological Seminary and Knox Theological Seminary. He has now been expositing the Word of God for over 30 years. Some of his favorite authors are John MacArthur, Charles Haddon Spurgeon, John Bunyan, Richard Baxter, the Puritans,  John Piper, Martin Luther, John Calvin, A. W. Tozer, A. W. Pink, just to name a few. Pastor Al has been married to Lori for 35 years as of May 2019. They currently have 3 children and 1 grandchild.

Chris Rogers

Music Director.

Chris serves as the director of the LCF music team. Along with his wife, Chris has developed a Christ centered approach to worship through the singing of psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, Chris has recently started to produce some original songs and is committed to offer his best effort that Jesus Christ might be exalted.

Tamara Rogers


Tamara has been serving in the LCF office since 2016 and has served with the LCF Music Ministry since 2014.  She has been married to Chris Rogers since 1996 and together they have 4 children.  Tamara was raised in the church and believed on the Lord Jesus Christ at a young age.  She thanks God for His unfailing love, wisdom and guidance in her life and for His abundant blessings to her and her family. 


elders are responsible for the spiritual oversight of the church, teaching and shepherding it’s people, and molding for the Christian life.
